The nouns are a viewing or a visit

Would you like to oragnise a viewing/visit?

Are you available on Tuesday at 15.00?

Would you like to visit the house next week?

The prepositions are:

Are you avilable at 15.00 on Tuesday

The flat is only avilable to visit in the morning/in the afternoon/at night/at weekends/during the week


SHOWING THE HOUSE

We’ve seen in Part One how to describe the house over the phone, in a mail, or in an advertsiement.

Now, let’s look at the lanaguge you’ll need to show the house in person.

Two really typical phrases when showing people a place are:

Please, go ahead.

After you

When you are in the room you say:

Here is the dining room.

This is the dining room

When you are explaining where something is from another part of the house, you say:

The dining room is on the left/right

The dining room is through the doors

The dining room is next to the living room

Typical phrases to gide someone around the house:
